October 2021 – Tel-Aviv, Israel. mce Systems Ltd., the global pioneer of omnichannel device lifecycle management announced today that Dr. Robert Hackl has been elected to MCE’s Board of Directors. Following a period of active participation as a member of MCE System’s Advisory Board during which he helped build the company’s growth strategy, Hackl is taking on a direct role as President, bringing with him an extensive history of senior leadership within the Telecoms sector.
Prior to joining MCE, Hackl held critical transformational roles for some of the world’s largest Mobile Operator brands, including Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile, Vodafone, and Sprint, delivering billions of dollars of shareholder value.
“Robert joins mce Systems at a crucial period in our history,”
said Yuval Blumental, MCE’s CEO. “Gone is the time when being digitally enabled was an afterthought for organizations. Instead, it is now an absolute necessity, required to differentiate and compete in this ‘new normal’. For over 16 years MCE has led the way in delivering omnichannel device lifecycle service solutions for our Telecommunications Clients through in-house developed product, technology, and GTM delivery. Robert joins MCE to lead us through this next phase of growth at a time when our Mobile Operator partners require truly transformational digital capabilities to set themselves apart from the competition and deliver the experiences their customers expect and deserve.”
“Robert is a true pioneer of his field,”said Liran Weiss, MCE’s Chief Corporate Officer. “His approach and extent of experience will support MCE Systems to innovate, to grow, and to deliver to our Mobile Operator customers control over their device service infrastructure and allowing them to capture tens of millions of dollars of EBITDA – directly improving their CLV, reducing churn and lifting NPS.”
“I have been a leader at wireless operators that directly benefited from MCE technology and I have always admired their continued technological innovation, their implementation approach, and their commitment to delivering a solution that maximizes ROI for each customer they serve”, said Robert Hackl. “I look forward to working with Yuval, Liran, and the other board members to support MCE as the company enters this next period dedicated to global hyper-growth.”
