The content transfer direct app joins mce’s mobile device-lifecycle solutions suite. The app allows operators, retailers and service providers such as insurance and trade-in companies to provide their customers with an easy to use, frustration free way to move their precious content from one device to another.

The solution is built on top of mce’s omni-channel framework and allows a seamless transition from self-serve to store, complementing mce’s Retail solution line.

The app allows the end user to begin the journey at home and continue either in store, or finish the transfer process at home. It captures more users, empower them and saves precious store rep time.

The app is white labeled and provided either as a customized standalone content transfer app or embedded inside the carrier / retailer / service provider own app. This creates a unique experience for the end user, which stays within the providers branding and digital ecosystem.

Available also as a software library, for more advanced integrations into the carrier / retailer / service provider.

The solution supports both iOS and Android and transfers seamlessly between the two. The setup and transfer process is simple and can be initiated by the average smartphone user.
