GenAI or Agentic AI technologies can be fruitful for mobile operators that are looking to improve customer mobile device care and service. However, when these technologies operate without the underlying digital groundwork in place, any gains they can yield are for naught. With mobile device care and servicing an optimal use case for AI, it’s critical that mobile operators have the infrastructure, UX and customer journey maps in the right place so AI can yield the gains it is capable of. We can liken this situation to a train โ when the tracks are damaged, the train cannot reach it’s destination smoothly; when they are smooth and clear, the train traverses fast and smoothly.
