What You’ll Actually Do:
- Lead our frontend architecture while spending most of your time coding
- Build and optimize complex React/TypeScript solutions
- Guide our frontend team through technical decisions
- Work on challenges that impact millions of users
- Create elegant solutions for cross-platform mobile and web apps
We’re Looking For:
- Strong React and TypeScript experience (6+ years)
- Someone who loves both coding and mentoring
- Experience with complex frontend architectures
- Knowledge of mobile web optimization
- A pragmatic approach to technical decisions

The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions within the telecommunications sector.
Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy and roadmap
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Gather and analyze user feedback
- Translate product requirements into actionable specifications
- Track and analyze product performance
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B environment, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Bachelor degree – a Plus
- Experience working on mobile apps
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Bonus Points: Experience with UI/UX design, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and a “can-do” attitude.

What Youโll Do at MCE:
- Modernize Our Platform: Drive our transition to a TypeScript and Node.js-based architecture.
- Build Hybrid Applications: Lead the development of robust, high-performance apps across diverse platforms.
- Engineer Advanced PC Software: Design tools that enable USB and HDMI communication for critical tasks like app injection, factory resets, and firmware updates.
- Tackle IT Challenges: Develop scalable, robust systems for installation, licensing, updates, and monitoring
- Shape Enterprise Solutions: Create tools trusted by global mobile operators, retail chains, and logistics giants.
What Are We Looking For?
- 5+ years of experience with C++
- Familiarity with Win32 APIs and Linux
- Knowledge of communication protocols, such as TCP/UDP
- 4+ years of experience with Node.js programming
Additional Advantages:
- Development experience with Windows device drivers
- Experience with Electron
- Experience with TypeScript
