A true visionary who has led MCE for the past 16 years, Yuval brings more then 20 years of executive management experience to MCE.

Yuval has spent a great deal of this time shaping the company’s offering – a comprehensive, end-to-end technology platform that helps telcos address declines in average revenue per unit and increases in customer churn – trends he foresaw years ago. His vision, along with the cutting-edge suite of solutions it’s spawned, has drawn the attention of the industry’s biggest companies, and inspired many of its top talent to join MCE’s ranks.

A husband, father, entrepreneur, technology and design enthusiast who also has a deep love for yoga, Liran is known affectionately as “the glue” at MCE – as a result of his broad knowledge and expertise, and his ability to synthesize the company’s diverse products, activities and goals.

He is an experienced executive in charge of company strategy, product vision, strategic partnerships, marketing, and commercial engagements. With over 15 years of experience in mobile communications, entrepreneurship, management, and product marketing, along with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Physics from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Liran is a strong product management professional with a deep appreciation of the role of technology.

Erez Manor is a multidisciplinary technology expert, specializing in cloud, data and IP. He spent over 13 years building MCE’s technology backbone from point solutions to its dDLM platform and established the company’s entire information security organization. In 2024, he took a leading role in developing MCE’s first AI-led customer-facing solutions. As Head of R&D and CIO, he takes a leading role in the company’s innovation agenda and oversees solution data architecture development and implementation. 

A PhD holder, Erez has co-founded, advised and managed several startups before joining MCE Systems. He is also a motorcycling enthusiast and enjoys energizing parties with dancing.

Alon Eirew is a seasoned Applied AI and NLP expert with over 15 years of experience turning advanced research into enterprise-grade products. At MCE, Alon leads the strategy and execution of AI initiatives, driving the development of new AI-powered solutions for customers while advancing the company’s internal use of AI to improve productivity, automation and operational efficiency.

Prior to MCE, Alon served as Lead NLP Research Scientist at Intel Labs, where he led applied research initiatives in knowledge extraction and information retrieval, shaped research strategy, built academic collaborations to advance AI research, and published papers in leading AI venues, including ACL and EMNLP. He also mentored founders through the Intel Ignite accelerator. Alon is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at Bar-Ilan University.

Eitan is a veteran of the tech and telecom industries, who has occupied multiple leadership positions including CEO and CCO executive positions at Amdocs and Emblaze. He has facilitated digital transformation projects at tier one mobile operators around the world.

A strong sales professional with an MBA in Finance, Eitan has over 20 years of international sales leadership. He is skilled in marketing management, mobile content, sales, international business, and go-to-market strategy.

Alon Gilady is a serial entrepreneur and CEO, with a focus on AI‑powered growth and innovation. For over a decade, he spearheaded product strategy and end‑to‑end product development for agentic AI-driven recommendations and personalization in e‑commerce. As CEO and co-founder at Renovai, his platform’s success attracted leading retailers and culminated in a strategic acquisition.

Leading growth, and possessing extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry from hardware to software integration, Meir’s unique vantage point enables him to come up with unmatched solutions that are tailored to customer needs. With a degree in Computer Science and Business Management, Meir’s leadership of MCE’s most critical departments over the past 12 years has helped transform the device lifecycle management industry.

As GM of mce North America, Meir is leading the company’s growth. With his extensive experience, he brings a distinctive perspective on customers and infrastructure to this critically important market. When he’s not in the office you can likely find Meir, his wife, son, and 2 dogs at any outdoor oasis

Aleeta Willcuts is a telecommunications retail leader with over 22 years of experience at T-Mobile U.S., where she drove transformative change across 12,000 locations nationwide. As Vice President of Retail Experience & Strategy, she led the development and rollout of T-Mobile’s modernized “experience store” concept. Aleeta also revitalized a $1 billion national retail portfolio, delivering $18.8 million in savings through operational reform and fraud mitigation. During the T-Mobile/Sprint merger, she served as Vice President of Retail Integration, orchestrating the seamless alignment of systems, training, and operations across all channels.

As a veteran of AT&T, IBM and Ericsson, Alan Minney has over two decades of blue-chip technology and telecommunications experience, who leads MCE’s partner ecosystem strategy to create sustainable growth. He has previously built and scaled global strategic partnerships across Microsoft, Apple, Samsung, Qualcomm and beyond. At Ericsson, Alan oversaw key partnerships around private 5G networks, including marquee customers such as Hitachi Rail and supported development of the Slalom Element lab212 innovation center at One World Trade Center. A thought leader in private 5G, robotics, mobility and smart manufacturing, Alan has previously spoken numerous times on online platforms, conferences and podcasts. He is an avid cyclist and seasoned marathon runner.
