Yuval Blumental
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
A true visionary who has led MCE for the past 16 years, Yuval brings more then 20 years of executive management experience to MCE.
Yuval has spent a great deal of this time shaping the companyโs offering โ a comprehensive, end-to-end technology platform that helps telcos address declines in average revenue per unit and increases in customer churn โ trends he foresaw years ago. His vision, along with the cutting-edge suite of solutions itโs spawned, has drawn the attention of the industryโs biggest companies, and inspired many of its top talent to join MCEโs ranks.
Ido Ben-Harosh
Chief Technology Officer
Ido is the CTO of MCE. In this role, he is responsible for the technological development of the
companyโs digital-first Device Lifecycle Management (dDLM) platform.
Ido rose to his current executive-level position after more than 10 years with MCE. During this
time he became a world leader in mobile device lifecycle technology, and oversaw many
landmark projects. They included building the dDLM platform itself. The solution elevated MCE from a single solution vendor to an enterprise platform provider โ and transformed device journeys for many tier-1 carriers. He also led a joint project with AWS to deliver a GenAI-driven chatbot showcase that lets carriers offer near total-resolution self-serve device care.
Idoโs passion for innovation extends beyond his role, reflected in his enthusiasm for 3D printing
and robotics.
Liran (Lee) Weiss
Chief Corporate Officer & Co-Founder
A husband, father, entrepreneur, technology and design enthusiast who also has a deep love for yoga, Liran is known affectionately as โthe glueโ at MCE โ as a result of his broad knowledge and expertise, and his ability to synthesize the companyโs diverse products, activities and goals.
He is an experienced executive in charge of company strategy, product vision, strategic partnerships, marketing, and commercial engagements. With over 15 years of experience in mobile communications, entrepreneurship, management, and product marketing, along with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Physics from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Liran is a strong product management professional with a deep appreciation of the role of technology.
Stuart Steinberg
Chief Business Development Officer
Stuart is an experienced executive with a proven management track record, including more than 22 years of experience in international business development and sales. A dynamic and intuitive leader, he excels in the marketing and sales of products and solutions within diverse business landscapes.
Stuart is a master in building top-producing sales organizations through strategic partnerships, tactical sales and key account management. His excellent communication skills, coupled with an ability to actively manage change, have allowed him to foster strong working relationships with companies in over 20 countries, always in strategic roles.
Eitan Linker
Chief Commercial Officer
Eitan is a veteran of the tech and telecom industries, who has occupied multiple leadership positions including CEO and CCO executive positions at Amdocs and Emblaze. He has facilitated digital transformation projects at tier one mobile operators around the world.
A strong sales professional with an MBA in Finance, Eitan has over 20 years of international sales leadership. He is skilled in marketing management, mobile content, sales, international business, and go-to-market strategy.
Meir Shafran
General Manager, North America
Leading growth, and possessing extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry from hardware to software integration, Meir’s unique vantage point enables him to come up with unmatched solutions that are tailored to customer needs. With a degree in Computer Science and Business Management, Meirโs leadership of MCE’s most critical departments over the past 12 years has helped transform the device lifecycle management industry.
As GM of mce North America, Meir is leading the company’s growth. With his extensive experience, he brings a distinctive perspective on customers and infrastructure to this critically important market. When he’s not in the office you can likely find Meir, his wife, son, and 2 dogs at any outdoor oasis
Almog Ben-Harosh
Board Member & Co-Founder
Almog is a recognized luminary of the mobile device and telecommunications industry, who has sought to define new technology and product frontiers for the company. A believer in the power of technology to expand the realm of whatโs possible, Almog relishes difficult technological challenges, and was an early proponent of omnichannel and other key features of the MCE platform. His vision and can-do attitude is contagious and has helped make MCE into a destination for inspired engineering talent.
Kobi Friedman
Board Member
An inspirational leader, Kobi is a skilled executive with multiple degrees in Law and Accounting. He brings more than a decade of executive management experience to MCE, including implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures, overseeing daily operations of the company and the work of executives, and managing shareholder relations.
At MCE, Kobi oversees effective management all of the companyโs finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
He is a Board member of Libra Insurance, a publicly traded company, that he mentored from start up to IPO.
John Elliot
Advisory Board Member
Former McKinsey partner for Digital & Analytics
John is a former McKinsey partner and global business builder. While at McKinsey John led a team of partners within Digital & Analytics to help large organizations transform customer experiences and operational performance. John joined McKinsey from Accenture where he served on the Digital Leadership Team after helping to create and lead Accentureโs Mobility and Digital Platforms businesses. John was also a member of Accenture’s Technology Leadership Council and Labs Advisory Board. He has more than 25 years of experience at leading wireless innovators including Qualcomm, Openwave, and Verizon. John is an active investor and advisor in Digital and AI core platform services
Oren Baron
Advisory Board Member
Former Senior Partner at EY
Oren Baron was a Partner at EY since 1998 and headed, until 2022, the firmโs High-Tech Practice, which serves more than 70% of the Israeli start-ups funded by VCs or other investors. Oren has extensive experience in providing strategic advisory services to tech companies at all stages from start-up through their journey into the U.S. public market or to sell transactions. Oren established the Israeli desk at EY New York and staffed the desk for 2 years, where he accrued extensive experience working with American companies.
